and find junk on the side of the road.
You would take me to the thrift stores,
and find yourself some treasure.
I was searching for a treasure
on the side of the road
at the thrift store
or at a yard sale.
I never found anything much,
but junk.
Perhaps I should have taken a clue,
from where your treasure lay,
as to what type of treasure you were,
just junk.
